About the Project

Mixed-Use

Bureau Residence-Office-Store, offering exceptional accessibility to its surroundings, was constructed in 2016 and is located at the entrance of Kartepe Sapanca Junction, one of the region's fastest-developing areas.

Designed by CA20 Architecture to provide both functionality and visual appeal, the Bureau building reflects an important architectural concept where luxury and industrial aesthetics are successfully combined. Positioned on a major artery connecting the TEM and D100 highways, the project offers fast and convenient access for both residents and visitors.

The project consists of a total of 320 units suitable for office or residence use in different types and sizes, along with 23 retail stores. Bureau Residence-Office includes 7 floors above ground and 3 basement levels below ground. Comprising a total of 343 independent units, the project provides underground indoor parking for each unit.

At the time of construction, the project was built in accordance with the construction standards of an international hotel chain with nearly 100 years of hospitality experience.

Located at one of the rare intersection points of the two major highways connecting Istanbul to Anatolia, the facade of Bureau was designed to reflect the regional texture. Approximately 220,000 specially manufactured pressed bricks, produced with custom dimensions and firing techniques, were sliced and installed as 440,000 individual facade elements, while the remaining surfaces were completed with aluminum panels and glass.
