Hospitality

As the region's first international full-service (5-star) hotel, the property was designed and constructed with a total capacity of 166 rooms to serve corporate and business travelers during weekdays, while offering leisure and holiday accommodation experiences on weekends.

The hotel benefits from its close proximity to national and international large and medium-scale industrial facilities, making it an ideal urban business hotel. On weekends, it is also planned to host guests from surrounding cities with easy access to nature sports in Kartepe, cable water skiing on Sapanca Lake, and various outdoor recreational activities.

At the center of the building, a unique open-air courtyard with controlled external access creates a timeless atmosphere through its restaurants and spatial design, offering visitors a distinctive sensory experience. The facility was developed to meet every need with multifunctional halls, meeting spaces, and a specially designed spa area.

The primary design objective in all material compositions used throughout the hotel was to combine industry and luxury within the same architectural language. Handmade pressed bricks in custom dimensions were applied on the exterior facades, while rustic gradient-toned pressed brick surfaces were used along the interior corridors. Natural oak veneer production in walnut tones was preferred for all doors and furniture to ensure harmony with the overall texture and atmosphere.

All products used throughout the hotel were manufactured with UL/FM certification approved by the fire consultancy company. In addition, wall transition systems were constructed according to a minimum sound reduction index value of Rw 56 dB. The architectural concept of the building successfully merges industrial aesthetics with luxury through its strong industrial atmosphere theme.
